Gift Cards
Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption
Flight School Microlight Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products with Flight School Microlights. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No refund is offered after this time. Refunds within this time are only offered to the purchaser.

2. Limitations
Gift Cards expire one years from the date of purchase.

Flight Experience

1. Redemption
Flight School Microlight Flight Experience purchases can only be redeemed toward eligible products provided by Flight School Microlights.

2. Limitations
Due to the 450kg maximum all up weight restriction imposed upon this class of microlights. A MAXIMUM personal weight of 90kg is permited in the Thruster T600, and 100kg in the Ikarus C42.
Flight Training

Flight School Microlight Flight Training purchases can only be redeemed toward eligible products provided by Flight School Microlights.

Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT, currently 20%) is not included in our prices.

Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by debit card/credit card/PayPal or electronic bank transfer. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£). Credit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rates.

Complaints
Should you have a complaint with the service, or a product we have provided, please contact us via the contact page or by e-mailing us, we are open.

Law
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. ​

Courses and Bookings
Customers who have purchased a course or trip following payment must book using the online booking system, or booking by phone/email. The nature of UK weather means your instructor will be assessing days which are suitable, regular cancellations are normal until a day becomes available. If there are any queries regarding this please contact us to discuss.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months, from the time of purchase, and the owneness is on the customer to book in for courses, and air experience flights. Only in exception circumstances would Flight School Microlight extend these vouchers.
